MarinTrust, independent business to business certification programme for the marine ingredient value chain, has been accepted as a full member of the ISEAL Alliance, the global membership organisation for sustainability standards systems.

Amid the outbreak and rapid spread of COVID-19, MarinTrust wants to support its stakeholders and cause minimal disruption whilst maintaining the assurance of the programme.

IFFO RS, the IFFO Global Standard for Responsible Supply, has just announced its new name: MarinTrust and unveiled its new logo today. 

In order to safeguard assurance and increase accessibility to the Programme, IFFO RS today announced a call for Certification Bodies (CBs) to apply to become an approved CB to certify against the IFFO RS programme.

(Shanghai, November 5th 2019) Libby Woodhatch, Executive Chair of IFFO RS, and Cayetana Aljovin, President of the Sociedad Nacional de Pesquería (Peru), signed a Memorandum of understanding on 5 November.

(Tuesday October 29th 2019) In 2020 IFFO RS is changing the fees and pricing structure of the IFFO RS programme, due to a huge increase in the demand of IFFO RS certification and the need to ensure that the programme remains credible, robust and relevant for stakeholders.
